The MGM Toolbar button: 
retrieves a previously-stored Crop Plans worksheet from the MGM Crop Plans workbook and overwrites the contents of the Crop Plans worksheet in the MGM workbook.
Presents a dialog showing all available crop plan worksheets found in the MGM Crop Plans workbook. A selection can be made.
This button is also used to retrieve and establish a NEW crop plans worksheet.
Allows user to cancel after warning that the current Crop Plans worksheet will be lost.
