Yields are reported automatically in the Yields worksheet after the entire Crop Plan has been executed and the Stand worksheet contains the tree list at the end of the projection. The Record worksheet provides a complete summary of inputs, intermediate results, and yields. It is often desirable to save a copy of the Record worksheet in the Record database (MGM Records.xls).

In this example, we wish to record the contents of the stand immediately at several critical times, right after establishment at age 14 (performance age) and at the end of the growth projection.

1. Right-click the first Grow event to insert a Record Stand event immediately after establishment.
   1. Click the Insert Event button on the MGM Toolbar or the shortcut menu (right-click on the event to display this menu).
   2. Select Record Stand.
   3. Click OK.
2. Right-click the second  Grow event to insert a Record Stand event after the first Growth period.
   1. Click the Insert Event button on the MGM Toolbar or the shortcut menu (right-click on the event to display this menu).
   2. Select Record Stand.
   3. Click OK.
3. Repeat step 1  to insert the Record Stand events before the End event.
4. Save the Crop Plans worksheet using the MGM Toolbar Save button. When prompted for permission to replace the existing file, answer Yes.

The final crop plan should look like the one below.
